• Products that are returned in a significantly different condition from when they were delivered (including boxes and accessories)

Important Notice

• Return shipping fees and bank transfer refund fees will be borne by the customer (excluding products with initial defects).
• Refunds will only be made for the product price. (If the payment amount after the refund is less than the amount applicable to free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.)
• We only accept in-person deliveries with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
• A maximum of three items can be returned per order.
