Regarding orders
Since we cannot reserve products in your cart before payment is complete, please enter the necessary information and complete your order on the payment screen.
We recommend that you register your account in advance to ensure smooth payment.
If you do not receive the email, it may be in your spam folder, your email settings may not allow you to receive emails, or your email address may be registered incorrectly.
If you are using a mobile email address, you will need to set up domain-specific reception. Please add "@odul.jp" to your domain-specific reception settings. Please check the carrier's website for instructions on how to set up domain-specific reception for each carrier.
We have a wide variety of sizes and products available immediately after the new release. If you register as a friend on LINE, you will be notified of the release time, so please register here .
Once your order is complete, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email within a few minutes to your registered email address. Please check this email.
If you are a registered member, you can also check your order history on the "Order History" page in your My Page.
Payment
We accept credit cards (VISA, MASTER, AMEX, JCB), Google pay, Apple pay, Amazon pay, Pay Pay, Paypal, carrier payments (docomo, Softbank), and Paidy (deferred payment).
Unfortunately, we cannot change payment after an order has been placed.
Please add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout. There is a screen on the left to enter the necessary information, and a screen on the right to enter the coupon code, so please enter them there.
After entering the coupon code, click "Apply" on the right side to apply the coupon.
If the discount has been applied on the payment screen, but a different amount has been charged in the actual transaction, please contact us via Contact.

Regarding delivery
Shipping fee is 385 yen nationwide. If you purchase more than 18,000 yen, shipping will be free.
Delivery of products is limited to within Japan only.
Delivery will be via Yamato Transport Nekoposu or Click Post.
As the item will be delivered to your mailbox, we cannot specify a delivery date and time.
We usually ship within 1-3 business days from the date of order. On new release days, orders are very busy, so it may take 3-5 business days to ship. If the delivery address is in Honshu, the earliest delivery date is the next day after the shipping date, and in some areas it will take about 3 days.
*Please note that we do not ship on Sundays, national holidays, the New Year holidays, summer holidays, winter holidays, or other special holidays.

You can check the current shipping status from the tracking number listed in the shipping completion email. It may take some time for the tracking number to be updated, so please wait a while after receiving the shipping completion email before checking.

The item will be delivered to your mailbox, so it can be delivered even if you are not at home.

About the product
Even the same stone may have individual differences, with each one having slightly different colors and patterns. Also, cracks that do not affect use are a natural occurrence, and are one of the textures we cherish. We hope you will enjoy the beauty of nature. Additionally, the product images are examples, although we have tried to show average products as much as possible. They will not be exactly the same as the images shown, but we hope you will understand that this is also an individual feature.

We are sorry, but we cannot accept requests or choose the color or shape of the natural stone when placing an order.
Our rings are measured to fit you perfectly, regardless of the width of the arm or the design. Please refer to this size chart . There is no need to consider sizing up or down depending on the design, so please rest assured. We recommend that you measure your size using a ring gauge that conforms to the JCS (Japan Custom Size) standard, but if this is difficult, you can wrap a string around your finger, mark the overlapping part, and measure with a ruler to find the size that suits you. Please also measure the thickest joint to reduce any concerns when wearing the ring.
As we use natural stones, it may be difficult to answer questions regarding when the product will be restocked. Please note that you can make a restocking notification request on the product page.

It depends on the level of your allergy, so it is difficult to answer. We have allergy-friendly coatings available, so please use them to feel at ease.
About gift wrapping
We have gift wrapping sets available for an additional fee. Please purchase this .

Release Date
There is no specific release date, and sales are irregular.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations
We do not accept exchanges for reasons other than defective products (including ordering mistakes).
