Ödül products are handcrafted one by one by local artisans. Although they are made with great care, due to the handcrafted nature of the product, there may be slight discrepancies in size or balance, or small scratches that do not affect normal use.
The stones we use also have inclusions and cracks that do not affect their use, which are natural and part of the texture we cherish. Natural stones are full of individuality, and each has its own unique pattern and color, so we ask that only those who can enjoy this natural beauty purchase our stones. We would appreciate it if those looking for uniform mass-produced products refrain from purchasing.
