Normally, odul does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as "the product is different from what I expected" or "the size doesn't fit," but this time, returns and exchanges are possible for any reason!
If you've been hesitant to order because you're worried about whether the size will fit or whether you'll receive the pattern you like, then this is your chance to give it a try.

- Regular price items
- "Ring" products purchased from the OJOUR official online store
No returns or exchanges
- Pre-order items and sale items
- If you do not submit the return/exchange form within 7 days of receiving the product
- If any of the included items are lost (both the delivery note and product barcode are required)
- Used, altered or cleaned items
- Products that have become dirty or damaged while in the customer's possession
- Products that are returned in a significantly different condition from when they were delivered (including boxes and accessories)
Important Notice
- Return shipping fees and bank transfer refund fees will be borne by the customer (excluding products with initial defects).
- Refunds will only be made for the product price. (If the payment amount after the refund is less than the amount applicable to free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.)
- We only accept in-person deliveries with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
- A maximum of three items can be returned per order.
- If we determine that the item has been worn, we will not be able to assist you.

- Please be careful not to include personal items in the package. If personal items are included, they may be discarded without prior notice.
- If a coupon was used at the time of purchase, the coupon cannot be refunded with this return.
