[How to order]
Please select the quantity you wish to purchase from the product page and proceed to your cart. After entering the required information, your order will be completed on the payment screen. Please note that products cannot be reserved in your cart before payment is completed.

[Shipping Fees]
Shipping is a flat rate of 385 yen nationwide. Free shipping for purchases of 18,000 yen or more (tax included).

1.Shipping method
Delivery will be via Yamato Transport Nekoposu or Click Post.
Delivery of products is limited to within Japan only.
2. Delivery date and time
Normally, we ship within 1-3 business days from the date of order, but during busy periods such as new release dates, orders are very high and it may take 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. If the delivery address is in Honshu, the earliest delivery date is the next day after the shipping date, and in some areas it may take about 3 days.
*Please note that we do not ship on weekends, national holidays, New Year's holidays, summer holidays, winter holidays, or other special holidays.
[About confirming your order details]
Once your order is confirmed, an order completion email will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive the email after a while, it may be because the email has been filtered out as spam, your settings do not allow you to receive emails, or the email address you registered may be incorrect. Also, if you are using a mobile email address, you will need to set up domain-specific reception. Please add "@odul.jp" to your domain-specific reception settings. For information on how to set up, please check the carrier's website for instructions on how to set up domain-specific reception for your carrier.
If you do not receive an email, you can also log in to your account and check the status of your order from your order history.
[Regarding returns and exchanges]
ödül does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons other than defective products (except during limited-time return/exchange campaigns).
If there is a defect in the product, we will respond promptly, so please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. If the product is in stock, we will exchange it. Please note that the date the product is delivered is the date it is posted, and we cannot accept returns after this deadline.
(Note) Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following products:
- If more than 8 days have passed since delivery.
- Products that have been used - Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer - If the condition of the product (including the box and accessories) when returned to us is significantly different from when it was delivered.
- Returns, exchanges, and cancellations due to customer convenience.
(Points to note when returning)
In the case of initial defects, please be sure to contact us in advance (info@odul.jp), place the product in the original box we sent you, and send it to the specified address via Yu-Packet cash on delivery. (If you no longer have the original box, please pack the product carefully to prevent damage in accordance with Yu-Packet regulations.)
In addition, if the product arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, we may not be able to accept returns, exchanges, or repairs.
* Please note that if delivery is made to an address other than the one specified, the customer will be responsible for the transfer fee.
(Regarding cooling-off period)
Please note that our online store is a mail order service accessed by customers, and the cooling-off period does not apply.
