- If the size doesn't fit, you can exchange or return it.

*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning or exchanging items, and bank transfer fees when receiving refunds by bank transfer.
- *Only the product price will be refunded. (If the payment amount after the refund is less than the amount applicable for free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.)
- *We only accept face-to-face deliveries with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of products during return shipping.
- *If the product is returned after the specified period, or if it arrives, or if it is returned without permission, half of the product price will be refunded. (No refunds will be given if the product is damaged.)

- If you have renovated or cleaned the property yourself
- The size may vary by about 0.5 sizes from the official size chart.
